Before you pick one
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is a plan, not a countdown. It caps you at 20 tasks and leaves out projects and custom forms, but nothing expires and you are not asked for a card to start.
How is the price counted?
Per month. You pick a plan when you create your workspace, and you can change it later from My Account — the same plan cards you saw at sign-up.
Can one account belong to several workspaces?
Yes. Task Arrow is multi-tenant by design: a user can be a member of more than one workspace and switch between them, with each workspace carrying its own plan, statuses, priorities and fields.
Do people submitting a form need an account?
No. A published form is a public page — the only part of the app that does not require signing in. Only the people working the submissions need seats.
What does the MCP connection cost?
Nothing extra. Connecting an AI assistant is part of every plan, including Free, and access is scoped to the workspace you authorise.
